Education & Experience Requirements
To apply for Charge Nursing positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Charge Nurse Female: A B.Sc. Nursing Generic (Four Years) with valid registration from the Pakistan Nursing Council, or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with valid registration from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
- Note: Preference will be given to graduates from government institutions.
- Important: Candidates who have applied for registration with the PNC on or before the closing date but have not yet received their registration cards will be provisionally eligible, provided they can show proof from the PNC that their application was submitted on time.

- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years, plus 8 years of age relaxation.

Important Instructions for Applicants
- Employees of federal, semi-government, autonomous bodies and local bodies are not entitled to age concessions for their service in such organizations.
- Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must submit an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (QEDC) of the concerned department.
- If claiming experience from a private firm, candidates must provide proof of the firm’s registration with SECP or a relevant authority.
- In-service candidates must obtain and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of the interview.
- Candidates must ensure they have a valid registration certificate from PEC, PNC, PMDC, PMC, or PVMC on or before the closing date.
- Marks or percentage certificates for all degrees must be provided at the time of the interview.

- Test Format: One paper MCQ-type written test
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Marks: 100
- Content: 80% qualification-related questions and 20% general knowledge questions, including Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Basic Computer Studies.
